  3. I'm so glad that someone in your position is able to actually make a difference in this matter. I've been on that same page since the first drink I served 10 years ago to the last client I attended. Caring is the key to trust and loyalty.

  4. Thank you! Every once in I find myself doing something similar for a client and after it's over I beat myself up for doing so — why why why — but you just explained why.

  5. In the service business (personal injury law) it is essential clients feel we care and they are priority #1. Something we try to instill in our teams mind every day.

  6. This really resonated with me. I have been living with the same "personality flaw" (so I thought). People either think it is beneath them to do something so seemingly trivial or its such a small loss on the books, why waste the time and energy. I share this passion to deliver on a human level and it is great to see this put into the asset column. It may be hard (and slow) to see the return in such efforts but I think this is how you win customers for life.
